1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 345pkr platform, including the website, any downloadable applications, and all associated gaming and sports betting services (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and 345pkr.

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

To use the 345pkr Platform you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 345pkr is strictly an adult platform. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend accounts where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.
• Mental capacity: You must be acting of your own free will and in a sound mental state. 345pkr does not knowingly provide services to persons who are incapacitated or who are gambling under duress.
• Legal capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
• Not self-excluded: You must not have voluntarily applied a self-exclusion to your 345pkr account. Self-exclusion requests are permanent once processed.

345pkr reserves the right to decline registration to any person and to close any account where eligibility requirements are not or are no longer met.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Accurate Information

When registering an account with 345pkr, you are required to provide accurate, complete and truthful information. This includes your full name, contact details and any other information requested during registration. Your name must match the name on the JazzCash account, Easypaisa account or bank account you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals at 345pkr.

Providing false information during registration — including using a false name, incorrect date of birth, or someone else's payment details — constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to register and maintain exactly one account at 345pkr. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name or using different identity details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 345pkr will close all duplicate accounts and may permanently suspend the player's access to the Platform. Any balances held in duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 345pkr recommends using a strong, unique password that is not used for other online accounts. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately. 345pkr will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by the account holder's failure to protect their credentials.

3.4 Account Verification

345pkr may require you to complete identity or payment verification at any point — at registration, before a withdrawal is processed, or if any unusual activity is detected on your account. Verification may include providing a copy of a valid national identity document and proof of the payment method used. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the temporary restriction of withdrawal facilities until verification is complete.

4. Deposits and Payments

All transactions on the 345pkr Platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit channels currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, and select mobile wallets. 345pkr does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider's own transaction terms may apply.

Deposits are credited to your 345pkr balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not reflect within a reasonable time, contact 345pkr support with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt to charge back or dispute a deposit through your payment provider without first contacting 345pkr support, as doing so may result in account suspension pending investigation.

345pkr reserves the right to decline or reverse deposits where fraud is suspected, where the source of funds cannot be verified, or where the account holder is in breach of these Terms.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your 345pkr balance are processed to the same payment method and account details used for your most recent qualifying deposit, unless otherwise approved by 345pkr support. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect account holders from unauthorised withdrawal attempts.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account at the time of the request. These limits may be updated from time to time. Withdrawals are processed in PKR exclusively.

345pkr aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically the fastest to complete. Bank transfer and Raast withdrawals may take additional processing time depending on banking network conditions. Times displayed in the withdrawal section are estimates and not guarantees.

345pkr does not charge withdrawal fees. However, minimum withdrawal thresholds apply and are listed in your account. Balances below the minimum withdrawal amount cannot be withdrawn until the threshold is met through additional winning activity.

6. Sports Betting Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

Bets placed on 345pkr are final once confirmed on the bet slip. A bet is considered accepted and binding when a confirmation screen is displayed and a bet ID is generated. 345pkr does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except in specific circumstances outlined below.

6.2 Odds and Markets

Odds displayed on 345pkr are subject to change up until the point that a bet is confirmed. The odds shown at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet, regardless of subsequent changes to the displayed market price.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet may be voided by 345pkr in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned before the result is determined according to the relevant sport's governing body rules.
• The bet was placed on a market that was incorrectly priced due to a manifest error in the odds.
• The bet was placed using a technical exploit, software bot, or in a manner that constitutes market abuse.
• The event result is subsequently reversed by the relevant governing body for reasons including match-fixing investigations.

Where a bet is voided, the stake amount is returned to your 345pkr balance. No additional compensation is paid for voided bets.

6.4 Cricket and PSL Betting

For cricket betting including Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, ICC T20 internationals and Test matches, the result is determined by the official scorecards issued by the relevant cricket board or tournament organiser. In the event of a match being interrupted by weather or other causes, result determination follows Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcomes where applicable and DLS-adjusted results are treated as official for betting purposes.

6.5 Live In-Play Betting

In-play markets at 345pkr are updated in real time. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation. 345pkr may temporarily suspend in-play markets during events to update prices — during these pauses, bets cannot be placed. 345pkr is not responsible for internet connectivity issues on the player's end that prevent timely bet placement during live events.

7. Casino and Games

Casino games, fish games and live casino titles available on 345pkr are provided by certified third-party game providers. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live casino, by the physical results of a live dealer game. 345pkr does not interfere with or manipulate game outcomes.

Each game has its own rules, paytable, minimum and maximum bet limits, and return-to-player (RTP) characteristics. Players are encouraged to read individual game rules before playing. Winnings from casino games are credited to your 345pkr balance immediately upon the game round completing.

In the event of a technical error or game malfunction during a casino round — for example, a disconnection that interrupts a spin — 345pkr will apply its best efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where a fair resolution cannot be determined, the stake may be returned to the player's balance. 345pkr's decision on technical dispute outcomes is final.

8. Bonuses and Promotions

345pkr may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback or other promotional benefits to players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to their own specific terms which are published alongside each offer. General bonus rules include:

• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Systematic exploitation of promotional offers — including bonus abuse strategies, multi-accounting to collect the same offer multiple times, or other forms of bonus manipulation — is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Wagering requirements, minimum odds requirements and time limits apply to most bonuses and are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• 345pkr reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any promotion at any time with or without prior notice.
• Bonus funds must be used in accordance with the specified bonus terms before they can be converted to withdrawable balance.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 345pkr Platform:

• Registering more than one account or using any identity other than your own.
• Using automated betting software, scripts, bots, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of sports corruption in conjunction with betting activity on 345pkr.
• Attempting to launder money through the Platform or using the Platform for any criminal purpose.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other players or 345pkr staff.
• Providing false personal information, identity documents or payment details.
• Allowing another person, including a minor, to use your account.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

345pkr may suspend or permanently close an account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering or any form of criminal activity.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within the required timeframe.
• Self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Account inactivity for an extended period as defined in the platform's dormant account policy.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than Terms violation, any remaining balance will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method, subject to verification requirements being met. Where an account is closed due to Terms violation, 345pkr reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact 345pkr support. Voluntary account closure requests are actioned within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that self-exclusion requests are permanent and cannot be reversed once processed.

11. Limitation of Liability

345pkr provides the Platform on an "as is" basis. While we work to keep the Platform running reliably, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses caused by:

• Temporary service outages, scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
• Internet connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Events beyond 345pkr's reasonable control including natural disasters, regulatory changes or infrastructure failures.
• Decisions by the player that resulted in financial loss through normal gaming and betting activity.

In all cases, 345pkr's total liability to any player in connection with the Platform is limited to the amount held in that player's account balance at the time the claim arises. 345pkr is not liable for any indirect, consequential or punitive losses.

12. Privacy and Data

Your personal data is handled in accordance with the 345pkr Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. 345pkr does not sell personal data to third-party advertisers.

13. Responsible Gaming

345pkr is committed to responsible gaming. We believe that gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a financial strategy or a response to stress. We encourage all players to:

• Set a strict budget for each gaming session before they start and stick to it.
• Take regular breaks from gaming activity.
